James Clark
President
Jim has been in the credit and collections industry for 36 years. Prior to joining our team he was manager of collections, customer service and the self-pay group for Canton’s largest employer. Jim owned his own collection agency for six years servicing medical and retail delinquent receivables. He was the Director of Corporate Collections at Q-The Sports Club, a health club chain employing over 2,000 people nationwide. While an employee at Q-The Sports Club, Jim established their collections department from the ground up. Jim is also a U.S. Navy veteran.
Drew Gonyias
Vice President and General Counsel
Drew is a graduate of Ohio State University with an AAS. Drew earned his BA from Walsh University and his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law. Drew has been practicing law with Centralized Business Solutions Company since 1993.

Vice President of Operations
As a graduate of WVCC with a degree in Business her 30 years of collections and staff management brings an un-paralleled wealth of knowledge of all aspects of the accounts receivables arena, from staff training, compliance oversite and over all company management. She possesses strong motivational skills, and a great ability to drive her staff to the next level.
